SUMMARY:Workshop for IC Members II
DESCRIPTION:We are back with our second online workshop spread over two half days (December 14th and 15th) for IC members to understand the practical challenges and critical aspects of conducting inquiries under Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act especially in the hybrid workplace scenario. \nThe workshop would be preceded by a 5 hour session designed to provide a refresher on the key provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act. This pre-work session will thus enable all participants to internalize the workshop inputs seamlessly. \nThis workshop is suitable for IC Members\, Managers\, Directors\, Business Owners\, HR-Heads and Legal professionals to obtain a deeper\, understanding of the on the ground challenges when working with the POSH. The program will provide case driven inputs and insights in handling complaints and creating a culture of gender neutrality within the ambit of law and the new workplace scenario. \nThe timing of the workshop should also help you fulfil the terms of compliance and complete the annual return requirements due by the year end. \nPlease note that all participants shall receive an e-certificate of completion after a short assessment & will be eligible for free consultation with Counsel Quest for next 3 months. \nProgram Agenda: \n\nLearning from case laws (Role of IC\, Admissibility of complaint\, definition of workplace\, principle of natural justice)\nComplaints admissible under POSH\nThe power and process of conciliation\nBasic ground rules for conducting inquiries (in person and virtual).
